A massive alien ship crashes into one of the most remote places on Earth – cutting all contact with the region.
Within hours, Major Robert Beckman and his specially equipped Contact Team are hurriedly dispatched from Area 51 to investigate. Is it a forced landing, or the beginning of an invasion - a technological treasure trove, or an extraterrestrial pandora’s box that spells disaster for life on Earth?
Infiltrating the vast tropical wilderness of northern Australia, Beckman’s team encounter strange machines, alien structures and a handful of human survivors struggling to evade capture.
When Beckman’s team penetrates to the heart of the Mothership, they discover an answer they never expected and a universe far larger than they had ever imagined.
In Renneberg’s blockbuster science-fiction thriller, humanity comes in contact with a vastly advanced alien race ...
What do these aliens want, and why are they here? Renneberg seamlessly and brilliantly intertwines his storylines (and includes a vivid and fascinating description
of the aliens’ back story) while also examining humankind’s myriad shortcomings. First-contact stories are common in science fiction, but Renneberg’s highly original
novel successfully avoids clichés while also providing a highly readable, breakneck-paced story. Readers will likely enjoy its bombshell plot twists and its fitting
(and mind-blowing) conclusion.

Action-packed suspense with truly well thought out advanced technology and galaxy-spanning civilizations. Combines outback jungle with super-advanced
technology. The story holds together well, and has a very clever surprise ending. If you love hard sci-fi, you will love this book!

A superb Clarkesian- Nivenesque sci-fi.This has been one of the best sci-fi novel I've read. I have not only given it 5 stars but would compare it
favourably with sci-fi classics like Larry Niven's and Jerry Pournelle's "The mote in God's eye" and even Arthur Clark's "Rama".

I have read several novels from this author now, and I must confess he is an excellent writer. In terms of action scenes and intrigue, he is a master.

An excellent tale with a remarkable variety of characters. The author makes an interesting allusion between the evolution of mankind and the
evolution of...the others. It was a thoroughly enjoyable read.

I enjoyed the read immensely. it was well written with enough detail to make the story easy to follow, without getting bogged down in verbiage.
It moved along at a steady pace. I found the entire premise easy to believe. It actually made sense.

Wow!! great military science fiction! The author takes along with a black ops team trained in ET/UFO retrieval, which takes them to the Austrailian
Outback in their latest mission, plus hints at prior contact with other ET races.

Very interesting story, loved the final solution. Not your typical space opera as it all takes place on this planet (Earth). Nothing gets a "Bye"
and the story is complete while leaving an opportunity for a sequel. Good BEMs. Great heroes and believable villains.

This gentleman is an outstanding writer, I have read 3 of his books so far. All are different, all are fascinating. Excellent 'stand-alone' novels
in an era that so many writers get stuck on one theme and go on endlessly in series or sequels. I like his unique style and wide ranging imagination.

Great story!! Different from the usual alien invasion story in a good kind of way.
- Jim Bryant, Amazon.com (Jul 25, 2014)
An excellent, exciting read that thoughtfully and smoothly ties in many memes about UFO's, aliens and off world civilisations. I'm still thinking about
it long after finishing the book.

The storyline is great, the characters are intriguing, and the complex relationships among the alien species reveal a tale that questions the paradigms of
human's limited universal view. If there are really aliens in the universe this book is a great "what if".

Riveting Science Fiction! The Mothership" is an explosive, fast -paced, action- packed science fiction thriller set in Australia's Northern Territory...
The action's fast-paced, the story electric as the plot twists and turns, heading for an ending that will leave the reader amazed. I thoroughly enjoyed this
